Identity Verification Document Number Doesn't Match

Thanks for replying to my other messages in other threads.
I was asked yesterday to submit documents for ID revarification.
I submitted my NC Driver's License and a current bank statement.
I got a message the the id number on the document does not match the one on file.
I do not know what document Amazon currently has on file. I do not nor have I ever had a passport. I have had my Driver's License since 1989 I believe. My license does have 5 zeros in front of the number. I don't know if this is the problem.
I resubmitted my bank statement because I realized that all but the final 4 numbers of the account number were blocked. I submitted one with all numbers visible. I don't know if this was the problem.
I would like help finding out what document if not my Driver's License is on file. Or what the problem might be.

I appreciate any help you can give me. My first FBA shipment just arrived at the Amazon Warehouse and now I can't sell anything.

I understand you had some issues when submitting your documentation for seller identity verification. I also notice this thread was created yesterday, so I wanted to take the time to ask if there was any update your situation.

@Mindy_Amazon I am still having problems verifying. I am receiving emails saying I need to take action. When I click on the links provided, it says that verification is in process and I cannot input any info. Please tell me what to do. See screenshots attached.
It says I have 10 days to take action, but there is no action I can take.
