According to the "Review process" section at Brand Registry application process, when an application shows as "Pending review", it means your application is being reviewed by Amazon - this typically takes around 10 business days.
Having your case (#17245130211) marked as "answered" while the application shows "pending review" is perfectly normal - these are two different tracking systems. The case log tracks communications about your application, while the Brand Applications page shows the overall enrollment status.
You can keep an eye on your application's progress in two places:
- Through the Brand Applications page (look for the "Brand Applications Under Review" tab)
- Through your case log, where you'll see any requests for additional information
During the review period, Amazon might need to verify your identity or trademark ownership - if they do, they'll reach out through your case with specific instructions.

Thanks for your post here. Some sellers will see their case status through their seller central case log and it will show "answered" or "resolved" status before they get any answers from Brand registry. This is because the case may be passed to internal teams within Amazon and it reflects that information.
To check the most accurate status of your application, please check through your Brand Registry home page -> Brand Applications -> Status.
I see that you received updates on your application. I'm actually seeing the connection between the mark type and what you applied with so I'm reaching out to the brand team directly to see if this should have been approved.
