Trying to grow my business with BBA Ad credit
I enrolled and got approved for BBA certification. met all 4 conditional requirements to be eligible for BBA Advertising Credit. This included:
1. Launch an Ads campaign with at least 1 ASIN, registered for FBA, and/or become brand registered, have a title between 25 and 200 characters long, have zoomable images, have at least 4 images, have a description, have search keywords, have more than 3 bullets, be Featured Offer eligible, and be Advertising eligible
So far, I have not received any credit and my Ad payments are being deducted from all my sales.
Attempted to contact my account manager but no response was received. please assist or is there anyone who has experienced this before ? How do I know if ad credits have been applied to the account?
Any advise will be appreciated

Hi @Seller_IZFMO1HzniwCM,
Tatiana from Amazon here. I was wondering if you attempted reaching out to Ads Support directly on this issue? They should be able to look directly into your advertising account and invoices to help diagnose the issue.
If you have already reached out to Ads Support and still need help, go ahead and provide me with a case ID and I'll see if I can help escalate the issue.
Additionally, I wanted to provide a link to our Black-Owned Business Community here on the forums in case you haven't had a chance to check it out yet. There are lots of great discussions going on here from other black-owned business sellers and it could be a great additional resource for you.
