Product Authenticity Complaint
Hello,
I got product authenticity complaints back to back on 2 of the items. The items are sourced from verified suppliers locally. I have submitted the invoices as well. Still no response. I believe some competitors are doing this as I have been selling the item from past few months and never had any problem. Its been 10 days new competitors came in and went par below the prices which i tried to compete but got 2 authenticity complaints.
Someone similar have any such issues, or can guide how to go about. will be much appreciated.

Hi Hi! I am having the same problems here, three of my products were facing authenticity issues and those were outsourced from a well known distributors in the region. The invoices I submitted have all the necessary information needed for verification. All I could hear from Amazon’s response were those documents were insufficient and they couldn’t tell the details about their investigation. I’m doing WS model and these products were under household/ cleaning category.

Hi I were had same problem with one my listing, Amazon deactivate my listing.
Later on i done appeal and Amazon team help me to activate my listing. Beause I were selling authentic product only.

We Request Amazon that when Saler list the product then only amazon can verify the Invoice and every thing and then allow any saler to sale the product. After saler toomuch hardwork on listing improvement and growth of sale and sale 100s of order just only if one complain comes amazon deactivate the listing. So its batter to stop them before he start saling and investigate every document from him and than allow them to sale.

It's advisable not to sell this product. If competitors intentionally place orders and falsely claim the product is fake, Amazon may leave the brand or ASIN ungated for most sellers. This could significantly reduce your market exclusivity. Without a dedicated shop or alternative sales channel, your stock could become a loss.

I have been facing product authenticity violations for my top selling listings from Amazon. One by one Amazon is blocking my top selling products. I have submitted the requested invoices multiple times but all Amazon replies back saying is we are unable to provide more information. I tried contacting Amazon support as well but no one really has a reason to give - I spoke to one of the seller support agents and they advised ''As per policy we cannot tell you why we cannot provide more information to you'' - This is too funny. Then why block my listing and raise a violation? The violations are still active on my account which is decreasing my account health. The products facing the violation are also being sold by Amazon, so its obvious that Amazon has taken a sales hit. I have been in business for >30 years in UAE, we do not deal in counterfeits. The products are 100% original. So why is Amazon blocking my listings? Or is this the way they behave when another supplier gets a better pricing than them?
