Damaged During Transit
Does Amazon FBA reimburse for returned items with the reason "Damaged During Transit" ? I have a non returnable product due to food/safety reasons. But yet i still have returns due to this or refused delivery, but I have never seen 1 of these returned to my inventory. Is there any way to get reimbursed for this?

Hey @Seller_7zx4QRspwB1kZ,
There are FBA reimbursements for FBA inventory reimbursement policy: Customer return claims - specifically for items lost or damaged on your FBA customer order. Amazon must already have refunded or replaced the items on behalf of your seller account. I recommend reviewing the page, and if you believe you have orders that should qualify for this reimbursement, reach out to Seller Support with the corresponding info. Let me know if you end up doing this!
