Client Returned Item after 10days using & saying he ordered wrong mistakenly

client bought one switch everything specs & everything was already mentioned yet client bought & after 11 days after opening box & everything he returned the item saying this order was a mistake we needed other item.

and he sent item in very poor condition the item is now useless total loss for seller amazon should do something for this kind of people can anyone guide me what can i do...??
