Order refund by amazon

A customer returned an order, the price is 40 AED, but in my seller account, it shows that Amazon refunded the double of the amount. Which is the price of two products. What can i do?

dear i was facing this problem today on my first product sometimeamazone add reurn fee wit this contact with coustmer or as well as the amazone for this process

Thank you for your post. As advised create a case with Sellers Support and provide a screen shot as a prove.

I had the exactly the same,

I filed a Safe-T case, it got rejected.

i filed another case, then they compensated me with 35% of one order only even though i received the return package totally damaged and i proved it to them.

So i lost 1 complete order refund + 65% of the other (same order).

nothing else i can do now.
