Go ahead and try, the worst that can happen is that you are permanently suspended from Amazon. /S

Seriously, from looking at that site I will give you a 99.9% likelihood that they are NOT an Authorized distributor of ANY of the products they are selling.

Since you care enough to ask, go study Seller U for abut two months.

Pay particular attention to the SOURCING section. Here are the most important considerations if you want to survive on Amazon under the NEW landscape --

The first question is -- Are you authorized IN WRITING by the BRAND to sell their items on Amazon? That means from the BRAND, not some random wholesale source that can NOT authorize anything – they only SELL.

More and more brands have provided a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.

The second (and probably more important) question is -- Where are you sourcing your products? Are you buying direct from the brand or through an AUTHORIZED wholesale source?

I understand you have questions about invoice requirements.

While Amazon does not have any type of list of acceptable suppliers, sellers must ensure responsible sourcing documentation meets certain requirements, which are found below.

  • Copies of invoices, receipts or other similar documents that demonstrate where your products are produced or manufactured

These documents:

  • Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days
  • Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain
  • Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents
  • Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.
  • You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible to enable adequate review of the documents you provide. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.

Do those invoices meet these requirements?

@Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp also has listed some great variables and questions for you to consider along with an invoice.

If you have further questions, do not hesitate to update this thread. The forums community and I are here to support you.

All the best,

Stevie
