Brand registry ownership transfer
hi everyone we are facing an issue with brand registry ownership transfer. In fact I am the new owner of a brand that exists already on Amazon brand registry and enrolled by the ex owner of the brand.
We are trying to change the ownership through Amazon brand registry but we can’t find any solution. The ex owner tried to contact the support but they refused to make the change ? We are lost
We already made the change with USPTO. As long as I own the brand trademark the support can update it or brand registry right ?

I would recommend you have the current Brand Owner to add you as an Admin/Rights Owner within the Brand Registry portal. That will give you all necessary permissions for the brand and then you can decide if you'd like to remove the former owner.
