Need advice from support

Hello,

I received an email stating that my account is associated with another one. When I lived at a different address, I created both a buyer and a seller account, but the seller account was never verified by Amazon.

After moving, I opened a new Amazon account and started selling. From my previous account, I contacted support, and they advised me to delete the account. I followed their instructions and took screenshots as proof for Amazon. However, this still seems to be insufficient for resuming my sales.

I need advice on how to proceed. I have already explained everything in detail to support.

Well, it IS associated with another account -- the one that you STARTED but never finished.

You will likely have to fix that one first since it is hanging out there as uncompleted as far as Amazon is concerned (even if you deleted/closed it).

"From my previous account, I contacted support, and they advised me to delete the account. "

More bad advice from some support staff. NOW you need some real help!
