Missing or delayed payments - disbursement withhold

Hello, I haven't received any payment since Sep 23, 2023. During this period, there have been approximately 5 to 6 payment cycles. And I didn't receive any performance notice or email reminder about account security. I have confirmed that there is no violation in my account. I have opened Case ID# 14332115071 to inquire about this matter, but it has been transferred to another team without any response or explanation thus far.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and providing an update on the status of my payment. Any information or guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
