we received a request to give supporting document for some ASINS, So i send my purchase invoice to psm-review@amazon.ae, but am receiving the same email like ( It identifies an unverifiable supplier and It was submitted in an unacceptable file format ) even i send the invoice in 3 formats ( pdf,png, and jpg ) What i can do , pls help me if anybody knows beffer
