I have been waiting for the Amazon Tax Residency Certificate 2024 for weeks, and despite multiple attempts, Amazon support has been completely unhelpful.Without this certificate, our company (a large corporation) cannot correctly settle our sales on Amazon USA.

This is a critical issue for our tax compliance, and I must receive this document by tomorrow at the latest.I am asking urgently—has anyone else faced this issue? How can I escalate this further to get the certificate immediately? Any help is greatly appreciated!Thank you in advance!
