URGENT ASSISTANCE NEEDED- UTILITY BILL VERIFICATION ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED
I have been operating my Amazon seller account since last year.
However this month Amazon deactivated my account and requested that I send my utility bills either for Gas, electricity , water or internet for physical address verification.
I sent them my internet utility invoices and receipts along with my bank statement and business licences all which show my physical address very clearly matching what is in my seller account.
Its now around 7 days after I sent them what they needed..
My account still remains deactivated. They have not responded to my request.
I have inventory that I shipped in recently at their ware houses.
I can not sell , I can't do anything now. Im so distressed since no one is helping me out. I'm so devastated.
Please please if there is anyone who can help me out.
This matter is impacting negatively on me personally and my business.
Urgent help is needed. Please can someone help me out.Please!!

- Must be dated within 90 days
- Must have holders name and address
- Must have service provider's name, address, and logo (if logo applicable)
- Must have issue date or due date and usage details (if applicable) Must be in PNG, JPG, or PDF format
- Must be in a supported language
When submitting this document, you will want to ensure that it matches the information that is on your seller central account exactly. The bill must also be in a supported language otherwise it needs to be submitted alongside a notarized translation that is in a supported language.
