Seller duplicating branded listings as generic products and marking up prices
Does anyone have advice on reporting a seller who is clearly breaking the generic product rules? The seller below has 20+ listings of records that are listed as unbranded and generic when they are not. They are duplicate listings of branded products already on amazon. Since they are "generic" and not branded no competitors are able to compete with them on these listings and they jack up the prices. I have reported their listings multiple times over the last few months and nothing has happened. How is this allowed? Is there a more efficient way to report a seller than through the product page?

Hello @Seller_Q13ZpqY3qGtgq,
Thanks for posting to the Forums. You're doing the correct thing in reporting those listings through the product page. In addition to that, you can also report these sellers from within the Report a Violation form which goes directly to the most appropriate team for review. All reports are thoroughly investigated by our team. For privacy reasons, the results of our investigations can't be disclosed, but we'll take any disciplinary actions we find appropriate.
Regards,
- Manny
