Is there really NO way to contact Vine reviewer?
Brand new here. I have a unique hand made product that works very differntly than many simular products. We had a QR code insert inside each box with a full video and text overview of the product and instructions for use. 3 Vine reviewers said there was no instructions, and one blatantly stated they did the thing the product says right on the bottle NOT to do (used after shaving and it burned).
I had worked for 6 months to get on amazon, jumped through endless hoops, spent endless money hiring someone to help me set up the listings and enrolled in Vine hoping for some traction. Now its nothing but bad reviews people literally people don't read and I feel like all of this was for nothing. This is my sole source of income and livlihood, and I'm devastated and want to give up. is there anything we can do? any way we still have a chance? Our product is good, we have tons of people who love it and are fans, but those who don't use it correctly hate it because it burns their skin and can also smell if not used right. How do you teach someone the human basics of reading instructions when you're dealing with the masses?

Do you really think people will do that? Would you do that buying a product for the daily use?
Yes. Products like this for special and selected buyers can't be sold on Amazon. You have to try to sell it in stores and they will sell it with the correct customer information.
I ask again: if you buy something in the supermarket for the first time, do YOU read the small text on the back before using or eating it??

Do you have the instructions listed in the description? And contact them for what, you can't ask them to change their feedback and it's against policy to contact buyers anyway.

Hello @Seller_vFAZD67ppf6rP- and thanks for looking to the seller forums for some insight into this, I am sorry to hear about the negative reviews.
If you believe any of the reviews depart from our Community Guidelines for product reviews, you can report the review as abusive the same as any other product review. I would recommend reviewing our policies on contacting buyers, and our product reviews policies, which do prohibit sellers from asking reviewers from changing their review.
I also wanted to float out the possibility of uploading product documents to the listing itself, like a user guide or user manual, as another method of educating potential customers.
Thanks,
Danny
