FBA Fraud
A customer ordered an expensive padel racquet item from our FBA inventory, then he requested a refund.
when our item came back, it was used(broken) not only that but it was a different racquet than the one we are selling.
how are we as sellers reimbursed if such case happens ?
as the refund of the item was initiated immediately after the customer issued it without amazon even checking the product
this is not the first case of fraud we've been through, we need a solution!

Amazon offers a Seller Protection option called the A-to-Z Guarantee claim. To file a claim, submit the required details and supporting images through your Seller Central account. If approved, Amazon will reimburse 100% of your eligible amount under the program’s terms.

As a Amazon seller we agreed and after refund we are unable to resale with damage packing or use product after from buyer.
