I’ve been selling on Souq.com, later on Amazon.ae.
In May my account was suspended due to 2 complaints regarding authenticity.
I’ve made mistakes during correspondence with customers and Amazon Seller support and truly sorry for that.
I’m willing to make things right, but is unable to contact anyone except for automatic replies.
I’ve prepared all proper documents (POA, Appeal letter) in order to try and prove that I’ve never tried to harm Amazon or deceive customers in any way possible.
Please, each person deserves a second chance !

I personally know many sellers here in UAE, whose account was deactivated and they told me that no matter how hard they try and submit documents they were unable to activate their accounts. Many sellers have thousands of Dirhams stuck inside their accounts but Amazon is not transferring their funds neither activating their accounts.
I think at least they should get their funds back. Let me know if you find a solution to this.

I am having the same issue… I registered a seller account and began to list items. After only a week there was some issue and my account got deactivated. I didn’t knew at that time. I didn’t sell anything illegal or unauthenticated. I was ready to provide all documents to prove the authenticity. Even though the item that they accuse me of being unauthentic was not even sold. I did not sold a single piece of that item…
Now my money is stuck in Amazon account and it is deactivated. I tried many times but they do not open it.
I think this is very unfair from Amazon to hold peoples money…

Yes, we are also got stuck in a similar kind of issue, and the account got deactivated and our hard-earned money been not releasing, Amazon must understand how badly it impacts sellers overall business & life, I suggest Amazon if they want to block the money they should block only the amount which got generated from the product which got complain until the issue is not resolved, but NOT THE WHOLE MONEY, as per there policy after 90 days you can request to release the money, but its all depends on them only whether they want to release it or keep it with them only.
Of course one should get a second chance to correct his mistakes done knowingly or unknowingly.
That’s the best we can request Amazon.

In my situation it was me who failed to properly address the issue during the marked timeframe.
Now, after making a through research on the topic I see how unprofessional and ineligible were my replies.
Yet, I’ve nothing else left to do but to ask for forgiveness and understanding. I made a mistake and I deeply regret being so careless. Until the very end I haven’t treated the situation as seriously as it was. Therefore now, when decision is made, the only option left if to ask for forgiveness.
I hope admins or moderators of this forum can deliver the message up the chain.

release refunds to customer for the same complaint item to all customers who bought that product then make one word file order numbers refunds amounts all the details attach with your POA and submit appeal for sure you account will be activated. but for activation you need to wait 3 or 4 months.

My Experience was also very bad when my account deactivated.
Firstly I submit action plan but nothing happened every time we get same system generated replies. i submit action plan three times but no one reply.
Secondly, i approach there head office in ibn batuta gate building and tried to meet someone to address my issue but again no one was ready to listen.
My recommendation to hire some professional guy from fiver or Upwork and take there services to reinstate your account, normally Chinese are best in this service and they reinstate, Right after when your account activated recover your money from that account and close that account and create new account after that.

We had the same problem recently. Last month our account got deactivated due to product authenticity complaints and this was our second account to get deactivated with blocked money AED 35000/-. We tried opening our 1st account but we failed to do so and that is still blocked now as 1st is blocked we thought the second will also remain in the same condition. But, this time we were front headed and worked hard and here our account is activated in a week span yes you read it right in just 7 days. How ? you all must be thinking.
Simple with the help of our Amazon account manager we truly thank him for his immense support and guidelines and we followed that.
Steps to follow
- Don’t appeal again and again if once appeal is rejected. Only 2 appeals are granted
- Your invoice name and account legal entity name should be the same so that they can verify.
- If it is an individual account attached Emirates Id which is submitted while opening the account.
- Appeal on each ASIN under policy violations and get them approved and then appeal for account reinstate.
- Appeal plan mentions a plan of action for every ASIN individually.
- Provide your and supplier details on invoices (Name, Address, Phone, Website)
- Attached product pictures along with invoices
- Product name should match your ASIN name
- Most important seek help from your Amazon account manager each account has manager a located and he can guide you.
Follow this steps carefully and you may get your account back.
