account manager and amazon vacation mode settings

i have not been able to sell on my account for a long time , my account manager stopped responding to messages and i am unable to also change my vaction mood settings . i need a new account manager and this restrictions put on my account should be removed because i never placed my account on vacation mood and all of a sudden i cannot change it . please help as this is getting fustrating . i have products and i cannot sell.
