On August 26, 2024, Amazon issued a refund of AED 2,838 to a customer without our authorization for the return. We had arranged a pickup for the return, but the customer repeatedly refused to hand over the order. Since this is a self-ship order, we couldn't file a Safe-T-Claim
Since then, we have opened multiple cases (4-5) with Amazon's support team seeking resolution. Unfortunately, most responses have been irrelevant to the actual issue, and two of the cases have been marked as 'transferred' for nearly two months without further updates.
