Why do we have to bear the consequences of bad reviews for Amazon Logistics?

Before Amazon Prime Day, I received a negative review about Amazon Logistics. The buyer said that the product he received was opened. This one-star negative review was a catastrophic blow to my new product. After that, I applied to the platform for multiple requests to delete the negative review, but I never got the solution I deserved. Why did they treat us like this? This negative review was a disaster for me and directly killed my link.

What you are seeing and saying, is all correct. The bottom line is that Amazon just doesn't care. Amazon has grown too large to manage and solve problems from its millions of sellers. You just have to live with it.
