Multiple orders from same customer within one hour
Typically, customers purchase my product one unit at a time. However, today a customer placed three separate orders, each for two units of the same product. I've attempted to contact the customer to confirm this was intentional but reached only a voicemail, possibly in Spanish. I want to ensure customer satisfaction and avoid potential returns.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Any advice would be appreciated.

You should not be calling a buyer; you need to use the messaging system. If you do not get a response, then you either ship it and cross your fingers or cancel it and take the metrics hit.

As explained above -- placing that call was a violation of policy.
Don't be unduly alarmed about the order. As a buyer, I've done the same thing myself. Order. Then think -- wait, this is a nice little flashlight, I think I'll get one for my friend too. And a bit later, think of someone else I know that would like it.

I reached out to the buyer who confirmed that there was an error while making the purchases. Only the first order of two units was intended. At the customer's request, I handled the error by cancelling the two extra orders. Everything is now all set.
Thank you to everyone who reached out to help me. I appreciate your support and guidance.
