I was just been informed that my newly registered account have been deactivated and I need to submit the latest 90 days of bills for pipe gas, water, electricity etc....the question is, my company was registered on 31 July and I am unable to provide the latest 90 days, if this is an error? and this is my first time in life registering on Amazon, with so many difficulties, I am ready to sell but with my account deactivated, I am so sad. Please check.

You need to be patient, get all the required paperwork ready when you have it and submit it to Amazon. After that your store should be activated. Amazon is a good platform to sell so it is worth the wait.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues you have been seeing recently. I understand that our team is requesting a utility bill to be provided that is dated within the previous 90 days. This does not need to be from the registration date as we would be looking for it to be dated within 90 days of the document submission. For example, if you submitted on 8/28, we would look for the document to be dated within 90 days of that date.
As a reminder of the requirements for this type of information, I have included them as a reference below for you:
- Piped or natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile or fixed-line phone, or internet service
- Must have holders name and address
- Must have service provider's name, address, and logo (if logo is applicable)
- Must have issue date or due date and usage details (if applicable)
- Must be issued within the past 90 days
- Be authentic and unaltered
- Be in a supported language
If your documents are not in a supported language, you must submit a notarized translation in a supported language along with the original document. Our team will be looking to verify that your name and address appear on the document exactly as it does on the account. If they cannot verify this information or they do identify any discrepancies, they will reject your submission.

When you provided these documents did you verify that all information 100% matches the account owners physical address? When confirming the information be use to verify the account, be sure to check any abbreviations or shortened words that do not match and have them corrected.
A lease contract is not a valid document that can be accepted in this situation. Providing documentation that was not requested will be immediately rejected and in most situations without review. When it comes to the video call, you will likely be required to complete one, but we will first need to verify the requested documentation. Once verified we will notify you to schedule a video call to confirm all the documentation currently being requested to confirm identity, as the account owner is required to complete this in person.
