i have tried to ungate grocery category with branded invoice however , i get different replies from amazon . this time . it says they cant verify transaction with supplier . what does it mean ??

It means that Amazon knows virtually every verified AUTHORIZED wholesale source in the country and yours is not on the multiple lists that they have.
You are starting at the WRONG END of the process.
Since you are new just be sure to follow the requirements for the new, improved Amazon.
For any rookies out there reading this, it is a near perfect example of how to probably get suspended on Amazon.
DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?
DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK.
NOTE the verification from the brand that the source is legitimate and authorized, NOT one of those toted on TikTok and YouTube as having "thousands of brands and products".
If you have watched any YouTube or TikTok videos FORGET everything you saw there.
Spend hours/days on Seller U and read the Forum to see all the really creative ways rookies find to get suspended by ignoring the advice above!
