I sell bucket hats, and today I had one listing mysteriously set to inactive status due to a policy violation. The violation is on the "Trump" trademark. The hats I sell are self-designed and in the style of the national flag. There is no Trump content on my title or product. I suspect that this is a robot(AI) reviewing. I hope to restore my listings as soon as possible. When I appealed, Amazon replied to this email:

It's been a long time and I'm not sure what to do. Please give me some advice.

I wanted to clarify some information that our team was able to identify regarding the listing details. They did find a discrepancy in the details as the title indicates the product is a bucket hat with a US flag, but the listing images include both hats with the US flag and the Jamaican flag. Furthermore, the design on the hat with the US flag does have the flag over the numbers '45' and '47' which would indicate the hat is related to the specific trademark our team believes is being infringed upon.

Due to this, I will not be able to guarantee a resolution for your situation. I cannot advise making any updates or attempting to change the listing details as that would be considered attempting to circumvent our policies. I know this is not the answer you were looking for, but I do want to ensure full transparency with this process.
