My Previous Account is Permanently Closed and Deleted but still not Activating New

Hello everyone!

I had a Duplicate account which is already closed and I have no longer access to that account but still Amazon is linking me to that account and not reactivating my recent account. I know this loud and clear when you be found with a duplicate account then you have to reactivate your previous account first in order to reactivate the recent one and you can close the other. In my case that is not possible and I won't to be able to reactivate my previous account because it has been permanently closed and deleted. I am stuck here forever. and unable to find what to do next. Amazon is keep sending me the same pattern email which does not contain any solutions or steps to solve the problem. I'm attaching. the email below and if any of you have any idea by reading the email and what to do next ? Please Let me know!

I wonder why Amazon does not improve their service and provide support to the users directly to solve these kind of repetitive problems.

The previous account was mine and I was not able to complete the registration because I did not had the credit card and I still cannot get the credit card for that country so there is no way of reactivating my old account. My previous account was deactivated That is the reason of making a new one even though its a mistake but it cannot be undone. Rather than regretting why I made a new account I am looking forward for the solution to solve this problem.

This is the common misconception and half of the people does not know they have Amazon seller account Including myself If they are not actively selling on the platform because they forget. Same Happened with me. Every now and then when a new method of earning money online comes at least everybody go and get registered. 95% of them does not log back in and the remaining 3-4% are not active, Only less than a percent Succeed. and they have a quite active time on the platform. This is not limited to Amazon only I am talking about as a whole. I had an account with Fiverr for more than a decade but I never logged back in.

I'm not a lawyer myself and I do not know much of code of conduct which I have seen on the forum and other Amazon related searches to solve my problem. If you did a mistake and you accepted even the God would forgive you but not the Amazon.

I'm sharing the email below received a week ago And I haven't submitted the response because I did not find any solution on the Internet in a week.

If you guys have any idea what to do in my situation, please let me know and please keep this in mind that I no longer have access to my old account and there is no way I can reactivate it.

You don't get a new account if your accounts has been permanently deleted. What you had to do is reactivate the first account and close the second. If you could not reactivate the first account, you are done here.

UNFORTUNATELY there is no other possibility for you than to REACTIVATE this old account. It exists and is not "closed and deleted" but suspended by Amazon. Since the first account is suspended, the second one is it too.

You certainly know with what email and phone number you created that old account. So you should be able to log in. And then you have to fix it. There is NO other solution if you want to sell on Amazon.

Otherwise - there are many other platforms out there.

If your problem was ONLY the credit card that should not be a big problem. You write:

You don't need a credit card of the country you sell in. You just need a normal credit card (not debit or prepaid) of a bank of your country.

There is no way back from this. This part of the notification you posted pretty much says it all. You did the very thing Amazon warned you against.

"What happens if you do I send the requested information?"

"If we do not receive the requested information within 90 days of the original notification, your account will remain deactivated. Do not attempt to create a new seller account. Creating a new account will delay the reactivation process and may lead to permanent closure of your account."
