AI generated misleading bullet points, support refuses to update them
I added the product, I'm the only seller for this ASIN.
Amazon AI added bullet points that I can't edit or remove myself, I need to contact support. Bullet points are misleading, for example, a description I wrote says, the item is made from plastic, bullet points: "Made of Durable Metal" and "...a sturdy metal construction that can withstand years of use."
For more than 24 hours I've been fighting with support (case ID's 14651578221 and 14646965101) with no luck. According to support "Issues: The first letter of either or all the " Bullet Points " are not capitalized." however first letter of all the bullet points is capitalized.
I would appreciate it if someone could look into these cases, and either urge the support to update the bullet points to my suggested ones or remove them completely. As of now, I have to close the listing until resolved.

Ok, finally solved it, but would appreciate how to avoid AI in future listings.

In some instances Amazon's systems will attempt to update detail pages that appear to be missing information relevant to buyers. The steps you took in this instance was correct. There is no way to prevent these features from impacting you, however in general do not have any missing contributions you shouldn't have this issue again in the future.
