Why am I getting denied in a brand?

I've been approved in many other brands but for some reason I'm having challenges being approved to sell in a specific brand. I've tried from 3 different sources, one being the actual brand themselves! Obviously they're legit sources.

The invoices include

I've purchased 10 or more items(as required)

Matching name on my account

Identifiable item with proper ASIN

Matching address

etc

Any idea how I should go from here? Is there someone I can call or talk to?

"one being the actual brand themselves!"

Question one on this is are you buying on the BRAND website or through their WHOLESALE arm?

Did they ask for your Tax Exempt ID and State Seller Permit number or did they just take your order?

What is the BRAND NAME involved?

Do you have an LOA from the BRAND allowing you to sell on Amazon?

"Obviously they're legit sources."

NOT if you are buying from their website and not through a wholesale side of the business!

Hello @Seller_GeocSp4nCPxcF,

I understand your frustration. Amazon requires approval to sell in many categories, brands, and products and in some instances restrictions and policies change. As the Amazon catalog grows, we continuously make new determinations on which products should be restricted, which is based on a number of factors. Amazon does this to ensure authenticity and customer satisfaction. For this reason, you may be required to gain further approval to sell certain products or certain brands may be restricted as @Seller_kIukTwdhvntApsaid.

Regards,

- Manny
