Missing Inbound Units at BFL2 - SHAFTER, CA - Shipment ID: FBA18DN7Q33H

Shipment iD: FBA18DN7Q33H was delivered on Sept 23rd and the shipment was closed with 0 units received.

I did open a case (16520628211), but there has been no response.

There is a very serious issue going on at this fulfillment center, please can someone help me?

Thanks for taking the time to post. I reviewed the case ID you provided and can see that it was initially closed, but then reopened about a month ago. Is this shipment still showing 0 units received? Let me know if there have been any recent developments, and I will asses for escalation options. Thank you!
