I did open a case (16520628211), but there has been no response.
There is a very serious issue going on at this fulfillment center, please can someone help me?

Thanks for taking the time to post. I reviewed the case ID you provided and can see that it was initially closed, but then reopened about a month ago. Is this shipment still showing 0 units received?
