competitive PPC bid for protein powder

Hi everyone,

How can we determine the suggested bids for certain products prior to having our own product listed on Amazon? We are just starting up and trying to budget for marketing.

Thank you

Hey there! Figuring out bids for a new product can be tricky, but def doable. Here's what I'd suggest:

Use Amazon's keyword tool in Seller Central. It's basic but gives you a starting point.

Check out some third-party tools if you want. Helium 10 and Jungle Scout are popular. They often have free trials and give good data for anything product launch related.

Once you list your product, run some auto campaigns with a small budget. This will give you real data to work with, and you dont need to figure out what to bid, amazon will do it for you. Just make sure you set a conservative budget!

Start small and adjust as you go. It's all about learning what works for your specific product. With the brands I manage I always start with auto campaigns and work off of that!

Good luck with your new venture!
