didn't get the Buy Box , why?

My item has more inventory and lower price. But I didn't get the Buy Box. Why is that? The seller who got the Buy Box has a slightly higher RATE. But in other areas, I'm ahead. And In the Manage Inventory, it looks like I got the Buy Box.

It is not possible for you or me to know why one seller gets the buy box and another doesn't. Amazon does not publish the algorithm.
If you refer to the help page linked above you will find this statement. "There are two steps to selecting offers to feature. First, we determine which items are eligible to be featured based on criteria that are designed to give customers a great shopping experience. Second, we select compelling offers to feature from among this pool of eligible offers."
