We have encountered a lot of losses while using FBA with few or no reimbursements from Amazon, and we would like to switch to a reliable 3PL company in the USA that specializes in Amazon Fulfillment Services, are these companies listed on the Service Partners Menu on our Seller Central or do you have recommendations please, a big and reliable 3PL company

Yes. You can have a 3PL fulfill your orders.
However, Amazon gives catalog benefits to FBA sellers (its not fair, I know). You can expect a higher sales velocity with FBA.
