how do I contact Seller Support

How do I get in touch with seller support????

I've only been doing this just over a week now and had my account deactivated already

I've got no idea why as I've not sold anything yet

Please help

You can contact seller support by creating a case under “Help” in your seller central and describing your problem.

Steve from Amazon here, thank you for reaching out in the Forum. @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC provided good information, you can contact Seller Support by clicking "Help" in the upper right corner of Seller Central. From there you will want to fill out the form in detail and submit.

For account deactivation, I recommend that you access the menu in the top left corner of Seller Central, hover over "Performance" and click "Performance Notifications", there should be a message in there with more detail on why your account was deactivated and whats needed to reactivate the account.

Once you have read the performance notification, access the Account Health page by going back into the menu and select "Account Health". On that page you can click "Reactivate my account" and submit the requested information.
