FBA shipment returned from SBD3
I sent an FBA shipment to SBD3. After days of delay it finally came back to the warehouse. The tracking details shows the recipient denied the delivery. It was sent via UPS.
Any ideas what could be the reason. This has happened the first time. Below is the tracking I see on fba shipment page.

May 22, 2023 05:36:00 AM - San Bernardino CA US - Package is returning to seller because recipient did not accept it.
May 22, 2023 05:24:00 AM - San Bernardino CA US - Package arrived at a carrier facility.
May 22, 2023 01:37:00 AM - San Bernardino CA US - Package arrived at a carrier facility.
May 22, 2023 12:15:00 AM - Vernon CA US - Package left the carrier facility.
May 21, 2023 11:35:31 AM - Vernon CA US - Package arrived at a carrier facility.
