I am facing an issue Regarding Product Condition Customer Complaints - Wrong product, Even i sent a Exact product as per customer ordered But the customer complaint it a wrong product even customer not open the box and without checking the product, buyer Generate return request and i gave refund. Amazon Need clarification or proof for this otherwise they said after 28th jan they will remove the listing. Please anyone Guide me how can i solve this.
