USPS Holding My FBA Shipment to WBW2 – Amazon Refusing to Pick It Up?
Hi sellers,
I’m hoping someone can help or has been through this.
I created a proper FBA shipment inside Amazon Seller Central, and Amazon assigned me this address:
WBW2 – 1300 Corporate Way, Olyphant, PA 18447, United States
I shipped my inventory from the UAE, and somehow it ended up in the hands of USPS for final delivery. Now USPS has marked the shipment as:
“Available for Pickup” at a USPS facility
I contacted USPS directly, and they told me that:
The package is being held at a USPS post office (possibly a PO Box facility).
They will not deliver to Amazon’s fulfillment center.
They also won’t allow me or a third-party courier to pick it up.
They said Amazon has to pick it up themselves, or it will be returned or destroyed after 15 days.
I opened a case with Amazon support, but I’m getting generic responses. This is really frustrating because I followed Amazon’s exact instructions, used the provided address, and the package is now at risk of being lost — through no fault of my own.
Has anyone else experienced this recently with WBW2 (or any other FC)?
How did you get Amazon to act or resolve it?
Any help or insight would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Hi @Seller_TpwUbwToxYC5A,
Thank you for reaching out about this and apologies for the frustration this has caused.
If you haven't done so already, I'd recommend opening a case with Seller Support so that team can take a further look into your account. Once you open that case, please send me the case ID and I'd be happy to monitor the correspondence and provide additional assistance if needed.
Thanks again,
Jameson
