Merchandise was re-tagged with the wrong item label when it was received on the shelf at the Amazon warehouse
Only 108 of my items were actually shipped, but there were over 174 in sellable stock (49 sold and 125 in stock) Learned through Voice of the Buyer that over 20% of buyers claimed to have received items in the wrong color, contacted the warehouse through case to take photos and learned that the items had been re-tagged with new merchandise labels, but those re-tagged labels were the wrong ones in a different color! As a result, several buyers received the wrong color item, and this problem still exists and cannot be effectively solved!

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help. Did you create a case for this? If so can you please provide me with the case id? Additionally, it may be that you have to remove the inventory and then relabel it. But I would want to review the case before suggesting that.
