Supplier Shipped 150 units Order with already used FBA labels

Hi,

We need help regarding one of our shipments where the supplier sent 150 units of a FNSKU using FBA labels of a prior order with the same quantity. We have already shared proof of delivery for both the shipments for all of the boxes in each of those shipments, however Supports say that 150 units against the shipment have been received.

Total 300 units were shipped and only 150 have been received. We checked the ledger report and initially 80 units were showing up in Receipts in the fulfilment center after the delivery date of the second shipment, however they have now been removed from our inventory.

Our case ID was 16768953161. Can any one suggest how we can recover these units?

Our case ID was 16768953161. Can any one suggest how we can recover these units?

I can see in case 16768953161, Seller Support mentioned the units were in reserved status and should become available after the transfer was complete. As that was in December, if those units have still not been received, I recommend re-engaging Seller Support with a new case, asking for an update. If they are unable to assist with this new case, reply to me here and I will review for escalation options.
