You will enter into a direct contract with each service provider listed by Amazon if you want to use their services. No service provider or any of their services are endorsed by Amazon.
For more information, go to KSA VAT frequently asked questions.
To comply with the E-invoicing requirements, Amazon is required to add the customer’s VAT number and correct details, including legal business name in Arabic to the tax e-invoice. This is also one of the requirements for the customer to claim input VAT on the fees charged by Amazon.
Hence, we encourage you to provide correct VAT registration details on the Seller Central Tax settings to avoid rejection of e-invoice issued to you and rejection of your input tax claim by the ZATCA, on VAT charged by Amazon.
