Hi, I am a new seller looking to sell my own fitness & health sourced items on Amazon. These items are not associated with any brand and are generic in nature but I will but putting my logo on them - so they will be part of my own product line. I do not currently have a trademark registered. Is it possible to get brand registered? What is the process for doing so in this case? I was always told I had to get a trademark but I would really not like to go that route as I am just starting out with my product line and would like to test the waters first before making a huge commitment. I want to be able to list my products under my "seller/company" name and not have them listed as "generic" in the search results. Any info is much appreciated, I've always sold on eBay and Etsy prior. But would like to get on Amazon. Thanks!
