I recently received an authenticity complain from an order which was never delivered to the customer and FBA team confirmed through tracking. How a customer who never received the product can complain about the authenticity? How Amz Algorithm allows such customer feedback whose order was never completed?
now my account is at risk I have logged a case around 5 Nov 2024 and still waiting any action from the team. @Noor_Amazon_ any possible solution here to remove this error from my account?
