money on hold for over 2 months
my money has been on hold for over 1 month now and no one is helping me i keep getting the run around about a investigation being due however this has been going on for 2 months now and i still can't get a answer about when my money will be released to me.... can someone please help me

Is your account suspended or do you just have a 'reserve' amount that they won't release for a period of time?
Have you looked to see if you have orders that are 'invoiced' and the payment isn't due for a while?
