FBA Shipment Sitting at Destination Terminal but GEU2 Delivery Appointment is 4+ Weeks Out
The carrier (T-Force) picked up on FBA shipment two weeks ago and it has been sitting at the Glendale, AZ destination terminal for over 10 days and will be sitting there for another 3 weeks because GEU2's soonest appointment they are offering is 5/31/25. Originally they said 5/11/25 but then it changed to 5/31. Why would Amazon suggest this warehouse if it is so backed up? Sellable inventory is just sitting there wasting away and our FBA inventory is getting crushed. What can we do to try and get an earlier delivery appointment? Admins, could you please provide some guidance? TIA
