All units recieved but by passing 2 months not prime eligible all units
I sent my FBA shipment to fullfilment center 2 months ago they recieved all units but still they could not to eligible all units for prime eligible and i am going out of stock now when i want to call them they told to wait for when your shipment is eligible for investigations.
what should i do ? i am going out of stock please kindly give advices. thank you

Thank you for taking the time to post! If I'm understanding correctly, your inventory was received but they've not been added to your inventory? Or is the inventory still in the receiving process, and that's what has taken 2 months? Additionally, do you know the date at which your shipment is eligible for investigation?
