I have catalog authorization, but not able to list a product.
I had a catalog authorization for one brand for last 2 years and I was able to create ASINs for many of products for that brand. However, all of sudden without any notification of ceasing my catalog authorization (matter fact, I still have catalog authorization for the brand), I am no longer able to list a new ASIN for the brand. I think this is very unfair business practice by Amazon, because i haven't notified anything about their policy changes if there was, nor I didn't do anything against Amazon policy. Now I have so many inventory that i am sitting on because I can't create ASIN, but relying on other sellers to create ASIN.
Any suggestion, how I can bring this unfair business practice by Amazon?

This is the new Amazon- you must have brands add you to their registry as a re-seller.

So the question that comes to mind:
Are you authorized BY THE BRAND to sell their products on Amazon? Brands are starting to ask Amazon to restrict sellers, so that could have changed since you started.

Please read the forum for some days. Daily the same questions. Sorry.

Good Evening @Seller_mQQbeRdzB2NZS,
It looks like you were able to get some support from other folks here on the forums about being unable to list new ASINs from a brand you have been previously approved to list from.
If any of their replies helped you, feel free to mark it as “Most Helpful reply” using the 3 dots in the corner of their post. This helps other sellers find the answer to your question at the top of the post just in case they find themselves in a similar situation.
I took a look at CASE ID ending in 8021 where you worked with support on why you were not able to apply to sell a particular ASIN.
Besides approval to sell for a specific brand, in a certain category, or in a sub-category, there are additional approval processes in place for certain products as well so our customers can shop with confidence here on Amazon (even if you have already received approval to sell a particular brand). Unfortunately, we are unable to disclose any additional information at this time regarding the review process.
You may continue to examine the products that require approval help page in Seller Central for updates or check back again in the near future to see if you are able to list the particular item you were interested in selling (by apply again through the 'Add a product' section on Seller Central.)
Hope all the information the sellers and I have shared helps. Have a terrific rest of your Tuesday and take care.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
