i have got multiple orders on my account of COD and all of them are large qty , 1 of the order was rejected for delivery and Amazon charged 105 Aed . Now i am afraid the rest of the orders will also be rejected and Amazon will charge me fees which have nothing to do with me its customer who placed fake order and rejects shipment . what can i do to prevent this in future and what can be done on pending orders and fees which Amazon have already charged

You can claim the reimbursement of delivery fees if your order gets marked as rejected bu the customer or undeliverable.
Just raise a case with seller support and mention all the order IDs. they will reimburse them.
These are the orders from your competitors.....
or other sellers
Dear friend, when you refund with the "refused delivery" option, amazon does not deduct anything from you. But as far as I know, you can deduct up to 20% restocking fee from these fraudulent buyers. You can clarify this by asking amazon seller support.
Hi @Seller_iqdswwWuPGKTo,
Thanks for reaching out to the Forums.
Have you reached out to Seller Support in order to report the issue? You should be able to fill the reimbursement request form for the delivery fees.

We are facing the same issue. Fake orders are coming from specific listings that all have the same other seller. We are the only 2 selling those items. We have submitted abuse reports but in the meantime our inventory is hurting!
