KDP ACCOUNT SUSPENDED
I had a KDP account. I opened it, uploaded a low content book or two and never did anything else on it. January 2023, 4 years or so after this I received an email that my account was suspended bc it was associated with another account that got closed. I asked for info and explained that I wasn’t using my account and was worried I was hacked and received a generic message that said they double checked and based on their investigation they feel they are right. They didn’t address my questions. They didn’t care. Fast forward to now, I’m considering actively uploading to my Kdp account so I reached out again asking for help and received the same, generic message, word for word. I responded asking to actually speak with someone and got no response. How/who can I reach out to about this? I don’t understand how they are allowed to do this and provide zero customer service.

That's not customer service but seller support. you are a seller not a customer.
Amazon is a self service platform YOU have to handle seller central like a big machine by correctly putting the settings and pushing the correct buttons.
Why do you think you would get better help from a human?
Copy and paste here Amazon's original suspension notice, maybe someone can give an advice.
