FBA Shipments Marked as "0 Units Received" – Missing Inventory from West Coast Warehouses

Hello everyone,I’m encountering a serious issue and wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same. Several of my recent FBA shipments have been marked as "0 units received" even though I shipped them completely and accurately with proper documentation. Most of the missing inventory seems to be at West Coast fulfillment centers.I double-checked all packing lists, carrier tracking, and shipment details — everything was sent correctly. However, upon arrival, Amazon is marking the shipments as if no products were received at all. Has anyone else dealt with this lately? Could this be due to internal loss, misplacement, or theft at these warehouses? How have you handled resolving this when it happens at this scale? Appreciate any advice or insights. Thank you!

this is exactly what is happening with us. for the last few shipments we encountered this issue with missing inventory and in big qty from many ASINs in the shipment(s). the response from seller support is "the items that have been marked as missing, have not been delivered" although we provide them with delivery proof and we always make sure that we pack and count out products properly before the shipment and we do the packing, counting and delivery by ourselves. the missing items are not small in size or qty to say that can be missed or misplaced! we are appealing and let's see what happens.
