Missing Whole FBA Shipment - After 2 Months of Inatctivity
Whole boxes of items are missing from MULTI-BOX FBA Shipments, while UPS & USPS Tracking clearly shows that they were delivered In-Person to Amazon Warehouse Associates.
The worst thing is - they don't even let us represent our case. They just close the shipment with "Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed", where every possible event point to the fact that the box was delivered on time, at FBA Warehouse.
Recently, an FBA Package sent with 50 items with USPS. Both were missing entire boxes and the shipment was closed without any actions or inputs from us.
We shipped 50 units of the FNSKU, through USPS, with tracking number 9405511105502830819979, under shipment ID FBA18LLNLSNG on Nov 18, 2024.
All items were delivered on Amazon FBA warehouse on Nov 21. Please see below the tracking details.
