My Amazon Account got Temp deactivated on Feb 08, 2025. Amazon Asking for supplier information. I have not received any complaint from the customer. Amazon asked for Invoice , Loa , Payment slip and Proof of delivery.

I have purchase this inventory directly from the Brand. I have provided Owner details as the supplier is on whatsapp with me. He said he didn't received any call and email from Amazon.
Amazon support person claim that amazon give them a call but no body picked. I have given them the brand direct email to write them an email and verify my transaction with the supplier.
It's been 15 days now and I'm keep on getting same response from Amazon. I have given them a call couple of time and everytime they said they will call back and escalate the case but that never happend.
I'm looking for someone inside Amazon who can actually look into this and solve the problem

You are all over the place with this post.
Do you have written authorization or approval from the brand or this company to list and or sell the products from their company? A lot of companies will authorize a supplier, but in their terms of use, you are not authorized to distribute the materials from the site they were sourced from. These suppliers are typically licensed and authorized for sale to the end consumer, no resale. I would suggest reviewing your suppliers terms of use or terms of service and work with the brand itself to obtain a letter of authorization as this will be required at this point to show proof you are an authorized distributor for the concerned brand. So you are additionally aware, if your supplier tries to issue you a letter of authorization, it will not be accepted. We will only accept an LOA if issued by the brand or rights owner only.

When you state that you bought "from the Brand", do you mean that you provided your business license and tax id, set up a wholesale account, and bought through that account with the understanding that you would be selling the products on Amazon?
Or do you mean you went to the brand's website and placed a retail order just like anyone could do? (if you paid sales tax, then it's a retail purchase).
